Syngro acquired by Maru Group!

We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Syngro by MARU Group, a technology-enabled market and customer insights company, whose brands are leading the way in the provision of research, insight and advisory services powered by cutting-edge technology and innovation.

Our team joins the group as they seek to become a world leading provider of technology-enabled market and customer insights. The incorporation of Syngro’s next generation Customer Experience software into Maru’s existing technology platform will greatly enhance the intelligent reporting capability.

By leveraging MARU’s existing technology and advisory capabilities, we will be able to significantly enhance our Customer Experience software offering and further expand our customer base both domestically and internationally.

Syngro has rebranded to Maru/Syngro and its management team will remain with the company to oversee its development and integration into the group’s technology platform. All Syngro Eye customers will also still be managed and served by Syngro.

The team at Syngro is very excited to be joining MARU Group as we continue our passion for enabling businesses to put customers at the centre of everything they do!
